Offenbar wurde er aus der Erde gezogen, eingetopft und dann wahrscheinlich in der Hitze vernachlässigt. Er lebt noch, da ich zur Kontrolle die Rinde weiter unten am Stiel abgekratzt habe. Ich habe ihn gut durchgewässert, aber gibt es irgendetwas, das ihn retten kann?

I think you’ve done all you can, I’d probably avoid blistering direct sun until it’s got some new growth. I’d treat it a bit like a seedling.
If there’s green under the bark then she’s still alive at some level, leave her and water her, and if you have any micorhizal fungi then add that as well to give any fresh plant the best chance, other than its up to Mother Nature 👍
I would note this looks like *Quercus cerris* (Turkey oak) rather than the native *Quercur robur* or *Q. petraea*.
