Es ist Zeit, sich zurückzulehnen und die Ergebnisse zu genießen. Was hat Ihnen am besten gefallen? Am glücklichsten bin ich mit Ringelblumen und Kapuzinerkressen – Junge, sind die glücklich. Kosmeen scheinen etwas langsam zu wachsen.

Gladioli are actually the bane of my existence they just drop over sometimes even if I stake them they lose the lower leaves and then get top heavy and snap
Ooo looking good! Did you train the nasturtiums to grow up that thing?
It’s my first year growing them and I didn’t realise they could climb, I think next year I’ll train them along my wall and see if they can stop the slugs!
They look so lovely! I used one of those box mixes and I finally started to get blooms over the past couple weeks, with more coming, but it’s not nearly as thick as this. I am definitely going for individual seed packets next year.
And I only got one calendula that reseeded itself from last year! I sowed some of the seeds I collected but they are taking a long time to grow.

Love them all – especially the cheerful and happy cosmos. In South Africa they are a real spectacular show along the Natal and Free State roads. But they are not SA plants, but came to SA, from south and central America in fodder for horses in the Anglo-Boer war. Imported, along with huge number of troops, artillery etc by the British military..
