Mine looked great, now saggy as balls on the floor. Look awful from all the rain

Mine must have come out early and the flowers are now starting to fade white.
Seems a little early , no idea if itβs weather related.

Perfect weather for hydrangeas! They look stunning against that rainy backdrop

This prompts me to break my r/gardeningUK virginity.Β
We got a hydrangea last summer and it thrived after being planted in a border. Unfortunately (I presume), I didn’t trim it back or do anything with it during the winter, and it understandably died off. I’ve since trimmed it back and tidied it up and there are plenty leaves/growth, but just no flowers.
Do I have any options left at this point?
