I’m not sure what it is – try throwing a close up of the leaf at PlantNet or Google Lens and see what comes up. That being said, I would cut away the dead stuff, give the rest of it a trim, feed and water it and hope for the best. Most of it looks healthy, so I reckon you’re probably good.
