Wow, that’s amazing. The bees and butterflies will thank you. Lavender will grow year after year as it is a hardy plant. Have you ever thought of planting geranium plants as they are also hardy and pretty well low maintenance and will bloom year after year with some lovely colours and a wonderful smell from the leaves it gives off.
