Transplanted or grown from seeds? That leaf is huge!

Ready for spaghetti. But also a little thirsty. They grow well in all sorts of conditions, as long as they aren’t potted in that horrible stuff from the grocery store.

Time to make it bushy instead of tall! Double that output by trimming in the right place!

Do yourself a huge favor and pluck the top two leaves of each plant – that’s how the basil will branch out, be more stable, more full, and more productive! Also pluck the bottom leaves eventually or let them fall. Your choice. Just don’t forget to water regularly. You got this!
