How ofyen do you water it?

How much water do you give it?

How much light does it get?

It seems stringy and reachy, lighting is probably not enough. I would personally cut and propagate, placing it in a more sunny place.

If you do not want to add additional support, I would cut it down and prop your cuttings. It definitely needs more light as you can see it reaching for more. Perhaps a cutback and prop will do her good.

I would put it in a bigger pot. I don’t know how this plants are called in english, but I think is a Succulent, right? Usually, they requiere direct sunlight and little water (ussually, once a week), or when the soil is very dry) but I would put it in a bigger pot, they grow really nice. Also, maybe tying it to a stick so it grows vertically? I think that might help you. Best of lucks!!

Slice it up! You could cut the potted plant off to the right of the first branch growing up in the first picture. Then propagate the rest

Chop the stalk down to about 4 inches high. That stem should branch for you. Cut the chopped top off at about the same height and let it callus (a few hours or overnight, until dry to prevent root rot). Pull off any leaves left on the middle stem as well. Now repot the original stem with your calloused piece in some good succulent soil mix in a terracotta pot. Choose one wide enough to also scatter your extra leaves on top as they will sprout new stems. If you feel experimental, you can put the naked stem in a prop box with some moist soil, cover, see what happens? Place in brighter light. Voila!

    7. If you want to keep it intact it does look like it needs a repot you could plant it at such an angle that it stands more upright but it does look like it’s reaching for the light a little bit

Definitely repot! Jade in my experience is super fussy. I’ve given one propagated plant away and the other is struggling
