Build up just a tad of soil lightly to touch the bottom of them and wait. Cutting them off risks ruining them at this size.
I would prepare some moist soil, and break up the pups and set it on the soil, and prepare to have a lot of patience. The main plant is five for though, no help for that one.
patience is the part people skip and then wonder why the pup rotted. build the soil up slow and just leave it alone for a while.
