I wouldn’t use “fertilizer” until you are ready to repot (seeing secondary roots). However, adding nutrients now while new roots are developing, nutrients that help build strong roots and support the rooting environment, would be beneficial!
once your roots are established and you see new growth, wait another week or two to let them thrive before adding fertilizer.
