Depends if the deck height including the framing is higher than the hump or not
No issue really but it’s going to complicate your sub structure. You can just play a wooden sub structure straight on concrete. Treated wood will still last a long time even if it’s laid flat on the ground, it’s not going to just disappear.
What you’ve got to ask yourself is how are you going to do your sub structure? As your ground isn’t flat your deck is going to have to be pretty high above ground level, at least 1ft higher. If you’re going to use posts to mount to, you could potentially use posts mount and fix them to the concrete as a starting point.
TLDR is, if you don’t want to break it up, your deck is going to have to be higher up. If you break it up and start again, you can keep your deck low.
