Hallo zusammen, wie im Titel steht, möchte ich diesen Raum für Unkrautmembranen und Kies vorbereiten (ich weiß, ich weiß. Ich möchte in etwa zwei Jahren umziehen und möchte einfach einen kostengünstigen Raum, den ich genießen kann und der besser aussieht als jetzt). Die Hälfte davon war gepflastert, also verdichteter Boden, dann vermute ich, dass die andere Seite irgendwann einmal ein Gemüsebeet war. Ich möchte es nur nivellieren und etwas Membran und Kieselsteine nach unten bringen. Ist eine MOT-Unterbasis übertrieben oder würden Sie sie empfehlen? Ich habe damit begonnen, die oberste Schicht mit einer Hacke aufzulockern, dann die größeren Steine zu entfernen und sie dann mit einem Rechen zu nivellieren

Rotivate, get rid of all weeds and rotivate again, then lay down heavy duty membrane, work on 1 tonne of stones first, will be cheaper than buying small bags out of B&M, see if ya need more stones after the 1 tonne bag
Chuck some topsoil down and some grass seeds. Doesn’t have to be a perfect lawn to have a space to enjoy. Saves someone else having to rip up membrane in two years
Is your bin in the Witness Protection programme?
Looks like ya gonna need new fence panels as well, but before you replace, cut back those plants/bushes before sliding new panel in
So you are moving in 2 years. Not having any garden might effect the sale
Try and get the soil as flat as possible
Some people recommend a good base of sand before the next step.
Put down a good quality water permeable membrane before laying pebbles/gravel
If you are moving in 2 years then don’t be an arse and put gravel down. Topsoil and turf. Or just leave it as is and let the next person decide what they want.
