What’s the reason for the matchsticks in the can? That can looks too big for that small plant. What type of soil is it planted in? This needs succulent soil with grit mixed in & a pot with drainage. Pot should be about 1 inch wider than the root ball. How much light is it getting?

Looks dehydrated. Whether this is due to underwatering or root rot due to overwatering, only you can know.

does it live there? it looks like its a long way from the light? it needs at least a couple hours direct sunlight every day. what is it planted in? all i can see is rocks? does it have any actual potting mix / soil?

      It needs some bright sunlight.

It’s a little hard to tell from the picture, but it could be an ootheca. You can put the plant outside for a while and once whatever is in there emerges, bring it back in. They do not harm the plant and are not usually heavy enough to break the stem.

It looks like it’s part of the jade plant? Or possibly was a moth case but now abandoned?

Is that… matches sticking out of the soil? That seems kinda risky tbh 😬 hope the little guy pulls through tho!

    8. Do you want a moth that’s going to just lay eggs to eat your things or do you want a sickly lookin jade plant to survive. You could be so greedy and try to have both but why risk it?

I always choose my plants over the bugs. Is a moth any different than a spidermite honestly.
