Ich habe diesen Apfelbaum vor etwa einem Jahr gepflanzt und er wächst viel schneller als ich erwartet hatte.
Glaubst du, ich sollte es beschneiden? Oder noch ein Jahr warten? Außerdem neigt es sich nach Süden. Ich bin mir nicht sicher, ob das mit dem Wachstum in Richtung Sonne zu tun hat? Sollte ich es abstecken, um es zu begradigen, oder korrigiert es sich von selbst?

You should stack it on either side and tie it well so that it doesn’t lean over. If you don’t now you won’t be able to fix it later.
Don’t prune it yet either.
Apples prefer winter pruning. You can remove up to a third of growth a year but try to keep it to a minimum whilst it’s still young.
Wants staking to straighten it whilst it’s still young too. Probably worth looking at a few pictures of preferred staking techniques for young trees, just to get an idea of what you’re going for.
