Seconding Echeveria, but I think it might be a ‘Mauna Loa’.
There are some Echeveria with a naturally redder tint and others that get red in the sun, so I’m not 100%.

Google lense thinks echeveria x ‘mauna loa’. Wait. So this is a succulent? I’ve never not once wanted a succulent till now. Excuse me, I have a rabbit hole to go down.
