I loveeee how this came out! I’ve been wanting to do something like this! Great inspiration!
You have made a beautiful area for humans to appreciate and for pollinators to thrive in! I too am inspired 🌼 Gorgeous!
So beautiful! How did you choose the plants? What zone are you in? I’d love to do this!
Brilliant!
I know people who would say you need to mow those weeds and plant bermuda. It looks beautiful and is definitely helping the insects. keep it up.
That is just lovely.
Are those California poppies and bachelor’s buttons together? I’m obsessed!!! I love an orange + purple or blue combo.
I love it so much!
This is the kind of garden that makes you slow down and look
That looks great! I want to do something like that but not sure of a good spot, I don’t really have an obvious strip like that.

We put out a similar mix last year in our backyard. They did awesome, bloomed all summer. They all died out in the winter and we stopped paying attention to them. Fast forward to this year and those same orange poppies came back out of nowhere and have colonized several square feet of space. Zone 7A.
I really want to do something like this, do you have a seed brand you can share? I have never had any luck with seed packets.
Did you sow your seeds with sand? Looks soooo beautiful
Beautiful strip! Well done good sir/madam!
So cool
Did you chose the seeds or was it a mix?
It’s fantastic!
i love it! it’s got a wild flower cottage garden vibe and is so lovely
Love it!!!
Three months ago we had 4 feet of snow on the ground 🤦
NICE!!
That is beautiful!
So stunning, absolutely gorgeous.
Did you need to water any of the seeds?
Wow! What zone?
Sooo pretty!
Did you add any compost / soil amendments / fertilizers? I did the same with a local wildflower mix but only weeds growing so far!
Looks like a big basil
Wait are these from seed?! Mine aren’t even going yet
What did you do to prep the bed area first? Did you put in your own soil mixture?
Stunning!!! Those looks just like my flowers from last summer! Only difference is that I live in Finland lol. The bees love them here too😊

This is so lovely, but can I ask an anxious question? When I see beautiful pollinator strips like this and then I see trash cans close by, I can practically feel myself getting stung. I’m someone that bees just love to take their stinger out on. Or rather, put their stinger into. How do you deal with problems like that?
Great work!
