Tradescantia Nanouk vines and provides some color, monstera adansonii and Rhaphidophora tetrasperma also vine. Anthurium would look nice as well, a queen would have room for its long leaves to dangle.
Edit: I just read the text in the original post definitely don’t put anthurium in Texas sun
