It looks like the oldest leaf on the plant its completely normal for old leaves to not look their best id leave it honestly itll eventually yellow and come off on its own also this baby needs way more light move her right by the window!!
if she doesn’t perk up from more light, she may be dehydrated, they get limp when they’re thirsty but offer her more sun first to make sure you’re not gonna overwater. they handle drought better than drowning
It doesn’t have enough light. Move it 3 feet closer to the window every week until it looks like a nosy neighbor watching the outside.
