These grow to the size of their pots. I have a triple in the ground. Each base is about 2’ across and all are about 6-7’ tall. They are finally starting to look like trees.

Very low maintenance. Also pretty if to let it grow its leaves to the full length. Had mine for 14 years and it hasn’t bloomed yet.

Yucca plant, I see all the tips have been trimmed off. You could cut off those branches and if you top it off the trunk will sprout new branches.
this looks like a ponytail palm to me! it looks like it’s been heavily trimmed though
