Honestly that corner just needs its own dedicated grow light. A simple clamp light with a full spectrum bulb mounted above the mirror would help a lot and you could angle it down so it covers the whole shelf or a slim bar light attached under the top shelf for more even coverage
they look healthy just a little light hungry
I would do pendant lights with a grow bulb
