Pflanze und Wurzeln sind zu groß, ich möchte in zwei oder mehr neue Töpfe umtopfen. Wie mache ich das? Ich bin mir nicht sicher, um welche Art es sich genau handelt (von Home Depot), aber es ist eine der wenigen Pflanzen, die in meiner Küche gedeihen. Ist es widerstandsfähig genug, um das Hacken oder Zersägen zu überstehen? Sollte es stärker ausgetrocknet werden?

get rid of as much of the soil as possible and you should be able to gently rip it into 2 plants, it looks like a pothos which are very hardy. it might be sad for a couple days but it’ll bounce back quick
I’d use a really sharp knife (or scissors) and just slice the whole root ball in half, dirt and all… the less root disturbance the better, but pothos are pretty hardy, so should be able to tolerate it no problem.
When mine got way too robust for its pot, I cut the bottom half of the root ball off with scissors and just replaced the soil in the bottom half of the pot so that I didn’t have to get a whole new set up for it lol
I always use a serrated knife
