  1. Put the soil pearlite and bark mix back (Do 40/40/10 mix i would say. ) and cook the shit out of it with lighting, you cant give it too much. Sunny window or 16 hours under decent 20+ watt grow light 6 inches away from the top. Water til it runneth free like so.

If you plan on giving it as much lighting as I hope you will and use that mix in a draining pot, you can actually put a clear bag over its head and let it cook. Or dont with the bag it will still be fine but humidity really helps

I get the feeling light was not a priority prior, let me know if you want a deeper detail with it. It’s the most critical for growth.

    Don’t do LECA imho.

  2. Mycorrhizal fungi supplement added to your report soil mix could go a long way to supporting your plant until the roots come back in.

Just throw it in some soil. It will grow. These fuckers never die. They are hardy af

There’s nothing wrong with it, they’re slower growers. It probably needs more light, water, fert. It’s a myth that they are low light/water plants, they can tolerate it but they won’t grow

nothing to revive here. just put it in a pot in a light spot, and have patience.
