Scindapsus Exotica, aka satin pothos. Since it has good variegation, it needs good amount of lights, or else their silvery spots will disappear and the leaves will become green. Mine is scindapsus pictus, she loves airy rich organic soil, and watered only when the soil was almost completely dry out.
