Wie kann ich diesen Jungs helfen?

First plant looks like some pest damage, I’d spray it and repot in fresh soil. Second one looks pretty dead.. those won’t come back. I’d chop it down to the bottom and let it start again. Third plant looks mega overwatered. Check the roots for rot and pot it in a chunky, airy mix.
