Hii! Das ist meine neue Monstera, die ich gerettet habe. Es war in einem wirklich schlechten Zustand, also habe ich es mit nach Hause genommen, umgetopft, eine neue Stange gekauft und es als Stütze festgebunden. Was soll ich jetzt tun?

I would chop this up and propagate the cuttings in water. Once they are well established, you can repot several pieces together for a bushier plant. I have done that a few times when my monstera was “reaching” for light and became spindly.
They might, if they get enough light. But there is no guarantee, and I don’t think it is likely. I understand the concern about propagation cuttings rotting – the water needs to be changed frequently, and any dead material rubbed away. Out of 12-18 cuttings I’ve made, only one rotted. All the others did fine.
What soil did you use? It looks very compacted. Is it indoor plant soil? You absolutely have to amend Monstera’s soil, so it’s aerated and nice and chunky. Or you will be on your way to root rot in no time.
Also, a little tip, that pole you bought is a waste of money, it will act as support but the plant will not root in it. DIY moss poles are better worth your time and money. Let me know if you want some tips on that. For now thought, I’d absolutely prioritize getting into correct soil. Here is my recipe. And a pic of what consistency you want.
As far as propagation goes, the thicker the stem, the more likely you are going to be to get rot. For thicker stems I prop in moss. Let me know if you want some more directions on that as well. Happy to help you avoid mistakes that I have made in my learning journey 🙂

Potting mix for aroids:
Using a utility bucket and a garden scooper or an ice scoop…
* 1/2 scoop of cactus soil
* 1/2 scoop worm castings (optional, but good for nutrients)
* 1/2 scoop of compost (optional, but good for nutrients)
* 2 scoops perlite
* 2 scoops horticultural charcoal
* 2 scoops orchid bark
Mix it all up, and you want to get the impression of, “that’s chunky” If you don’t get that impression, add another scoop of charcoal and perlite.
I rescued one once and it grew really big, but because I had to put it in the corner of my room it also grew in a lopsided shape. I think you have to know what you’re taking on when you get a monstera because they will literally take over your whole room! 😂
