Too early. Keep them in water until they have established more roots. You’ll have a better likelihood of success.
There’s a chance that they will root in soil now but you’ll have a healthier new plant with better roots.

You definitely could pot it up, however with so little roots it would probably rot before growing much. I personally would make a small prop box with moss. Roots grow way faster in moss than water methods. I have a very high success rate doing this. I’ve got TCs of monsteras and used this method and it worked amazing. Best of luck friend
