Hallo, ich frage mich, ob ich das umtopfen muss oder ob es so in Ordnung ist. Sind diese Luftwurzeln in Ordnung? Ich bin mir nicht ganz sicher, was ich tun soll.
Looks like you have two separate plant I. One container so it would be nice to carefully separate them. Also it looks like the plant is only partially in front of a window . I would move the whole plant in front of the window to get light. The aerial roots seem fine to me.

Are those kinds of aerial roots like monstera? I don’t know as I banned myself from philodendron that get large, or need excessive maintenance. (I trim my monstera aerials is what I’m getting to, but this plant I only see at other people’s houses.)

They climb trees fifty feet up with these air roots so don’t let them attach to walls or floors because of damage.

I would give it more light if possible and wrap the aerials around the inside of the pot and direct the tips into the soil for now. When spring arrives I would remove it from the pot and separate the 2 plants into their own pots. You can acclimate the plants to outside light. They will grow well in summer conditions. Lots of heat, light and humidity. Shade to dappled sunlight is best.

I had one up elevated outside on old bird bath and when I moved it inside last year it had air roots all the way in the ground below and I had to rip them out and cut them back and it didn’t hurt it. It’s back outside this year doing the same thing. I do think they like bigger pots though I moved mine from the 12 inch grower pot to a 20 inch.
