i would give it a nice repot. soil looks like it holds a lot of moisture. these guys are actually more like succulents and they hold a lot of water in the leaves so i would cut back a bit on watering. use your finger or a chop stick and water when it seems pretty dry. give her a nice chunky soil (a succulent blend or just regular soil mixed with some orchid bark should do well). i doubt her roots are going to be big enough that she needs a new pot but the fresh soil would be good. you can probably go an inch or so bigger if you really want a new pot for her. be careful when you water her not to get any water on the leaves as these guys get brown spots from it very easily. these guys grow really fast when they have the right conditions so i hope she takes off for you!!

I have 3 of these. I find they like being ignored haha, I water mine maybe every 2 weeks…sometimes even less than that edit to add: are they getting enough light?

As others have said you may wanna hold back on the water. But regular potting soil should be fine.

It can stay in that pot a little bit longer too.
