Two possibilities. Lack of nitogen, which the fertilizer should take care of, or overwatering. I have similar baby lemon trees that did this, and they got better after I backed off on the watering.
Mm. Water might be tricky. I’m at the mercy of south florida weather. I’ll try to improve drainage at least. Thanks for the input! How long do you feel it takes to see improvement after you fix the problem?
If it tap water- try to put in container and let it sit for a few days- this will allow the chlorine to disapate
I filter my hose water through charcoal to water my trees
if you just fertilized for the first time – it will take some time to adjust
I feed my trees every 3 months
needs more food, ALOT of it, too much water also, potted citrus can do a full leaf drop and die if too wet
