Yes to moss pole, but just a heads up your light conditions are unsustainable. Especially your jade plant. The stems on the pothos and jade are stretchy because they are screaming out for light. Check it out. Even a 36 watt sansi grow light needs to be placed inches away to get acceptable PPFDs. I personally use 150 watt bulbs with the plastic caps removed
