What’s that green thing on top of soil?
It keeps pot damp and you dont need that.

Can you gently scrap off the white stuff? If it is mites you could eventually work against them by gently getting alcohol on that spot (though i would recomend looking that up somewhere more trust worthy than me. I hadn’t to deal with them in ages) make sure the soil doesn’t stay wet (easily dries up after watering) and that there is no heater air getting directly to your cacti.

It’s rotting. You can probably save the others though.

The moss on top makes me assume that you bought those as an arrangement. Most store-bought arrangements aren’t really made for long term plant health. The soil is probably garbage, that moss is keeping in too much moisture, and I’m not sure if it has a drainage hole.

Remove the surviving plants. Repot in well-draining soil. I use a mix of around 50% potting soil and 50% drainage substrate (perlite, orchid bark, lava rocks, coarse sand, etc.) Unglazed terracotta pots are the best choice for cacti. Then give them a LOT of light and go easy on the watering.
