New pots, soil and spray just incase are enroute to repot everything tomorrow!

More likely springtails, especially if they’re leaping around. Harmless. In fact, they’ll eat molds that might threaten young seedlings & smaller plants.

seconded, definitely looks like springtails – they eat fungi in the soil and contribute to a healthy rootzone microbiome!
