I’d definitely repot. Doing so will give you the opportunity to check the health of the roots and also get the plant into an appropriate substrate (good starting substrate is a 1:1 mix of succulent soil to inorganic grit, such as perlite or pumice). You can also move it to a different pot at that time if you wish (rootball should take up between 1/2 to 2/3 of the pot’s volume, and drainage is a must).
After that, and assuming all looks good with the roots, just practice normal succulent care: water based on signs of thirst and give it lots of light. I’ve found strings of dolphins to be extremely light-hungry plants, to the point that even my Barirna T5s that are strong enough for my echeverias couldn’t prevent my SoD from transforming into a string of stingrays, lol. From what I’ve seen over on r/succulents, they love being outside, so weather permitting, you may want to find a spot for them outdoors.
