Ich habe diese Pflanze kürzlich geschenkt bekommen … Ich habe keine Ahnung, was es ist oder wie ich ihr helfen kann. Jeder fundierte Rat ist willkommen. Im Moment hängt es in meiner Waschküche (hell, aber nicht direkt beleuchtet). Der Boden ist derzeit feucht, aber nicht klatschnass.

To me it looks like a super etiolated baby sun rose. They love direct light so if I’m right your indirect light isn’t going to be enough. It wants well draining soil and to dry out between watering. I would cut off all the dead stuff, repot it in a gritty succulent mix, and acclimate it to full sun.
Solid’s right- baby sun rose. It needs some love. What you want to do is follow each vine up to the dirt, and make sure they’re all green all the way. This one is not, so you’ll need to cut it off and propagate it.

Also, gently pull or cut off the brown leaves to freshen it up!
