You can get some wire like jewelry/tarnishproof wire, and wrap it around your stems, which can give them support. Its a technique that is used for bonsai. Not sure what gauge would be best, but I think it might work for the way your stem has curved/grown

I use elastic that’s used for sewing (size is half an inch) because it’s the most available near me and that works too. I stick a wooden pole in the pot (make sure not to damage too many roots) and then tie the plant using the elastic to the pole. It doesn’t leave a mark on my babies and I can always adjust them if they get bigger.
