Hallo zusammen, ich habe diese Pflanze jetzt seit ein paar Monaten und sie gefällt mir wirklich gut, sie ist jetzt schon einer meiner Favoriten. Aber ich weiß nichts darüber, warum schrumpft es?
Es wird sehr nahe am Fenster platziert, damit es ausreichend Licht bekommt. Da es sich um ein nach Norden ausgerichtetes Fenster handelt, gibt es kein direktes Licht, und ich verwende außerdem eine zusätzliche Wachstumslampe in der Nähe.
Vielleicht kann mir jemand sagen, wie die Pflanze heißt und wie ich sie besser pflegen kann und vielleicht auch, warum sie geschrumpft ist.

Look up care for anacampseros. Might be something like Anacampseros rufescens or filamentosa or related species. For example here https://llifle.com/Encyclopedia/SUCCULENTS/Family/Portulacaceae/25397/Anacampseros_rufescens
Two things you need to do for sure is repot in more mineral substrate and move light closer and keep it on long enough as with north exposition in winter growlight near by is not enough. It might be not very light hungry for a succulent but it is still on the higher light side as a houseplant.
Wrinkling is a sign that either it wasn’t watered for some time or it lost its roots (maybe due to soil keeping wet for too long). See if it fills out after watering if soil is bone dry. If not roots might have rotten and you need to repot to appropriate substrate and reroot. You might also put some fuller leaves on top of soil to propagate as backup. Remember if it is colder, you need to reduce watering as cold+wet is deadly combination. Warm+wet can cause etiolation if it isn’t bright enough. If it is cold, it might be lesser evil to only water it enough to keep it alive and in good enough condition that it will be able to recover in spring.
