      It’s a dracaena, they prefer to fully dry out before their next watering. They don’t need a ton of light either, so if you’re on a good watering routine and you still notice crisping you can pull further away from the light source.

      Only ask cause my wife killed a huge one years back from watering too much. They prefer to completely kettle dry out and then you water them.

      Make sure it gets a day with dry soil around the roots. I made the mistake of going by surface soil appearance. Stuck a finger in and found dampness 3” down.
