This is a kind of aloes and it will grow a lot bigger. I have one for 18 years now and it has it’s own big pot and did a lot of new growth over the years. It’s about 5 feet high and as large if I let it be. It needs stacks to keep the “branches” somewhat vertical. New shoots constantly grow from the trunk.

IMO I would transplant two other plants in there and leave this one alone. The more room you give it, the bigger it will get. The little barrel cacti will not compete well with it. The other one should spread and do fine.

    3. I have many of those Aloe family plants. They’ll keep growing + they’re basically indestructible. You could just cut them off an inch or 2 below the first green leaves and replant however you want if they take over too strongly, although there’s still a good chance the plant survives and send up side shoots.

If they’re unhappy with the size of the container they’ll kinda “walk away” lol. Basically they keep growing up but only with a dozen or so leaves on top, then bend over and attempt to replant themselves somewhere nearby.

The only thing I’d worry about is the succulents possibly needing more water than the cactus as they grow larger. They’re all happy right now, but it’s easier to transplant cacti when they’re smaller. They all seem to love the amount of light they’re getting in that location.
