Yes, a very leggy one. I would prune it back, and move it somewhere with more lighting. It’s reaching for sunlight, hence the long stems.
Its a Kalanchoe. Just cut it right back and leave it in fresh compost a nd it will flourish. If you want it to be bushier then I suggest that as soon as its has leaves for like 2 inches pinch off the top two leaves. Two more branches will shoot out of there thus making it bushier and thick.
They are very easy to look after. Do not over water, give them sunlight and keep them indoors.
