Perhaps the chocolate tube slime (Stemonitis splendens or Stemonitis fusca)? How wet are your plants?

    2. The Culantro (green plant) is surrounded by *slime mold* which feeds on decomposing organic matter and is harmless to plants. Its presence often indicates that the soil is too wet (due to overwatering or insufficient drainage) or that air circulation is poor.

The slime mold (Myxomycete) present on the potting soil of your Culantro is not considered edible and it is strongly recommended not to consume it.
