Mealy bugs. Throw it out, sorry
Mealyfugs (bugs) yeh they had but one of the better ones to get rid of. (Atleast they not thrips or scales)
Mealy bugs. Spray with insecticidal soap for a week or two and keep an eye on it for a couple more weeks.
Not that hard to get rid of ime.
Don’t waste a ton of money on insecticidal soap, just use 70% isopropyl alcohol with a few drops of dawn dish soap. Spray, wipe and reapply every other day for a week or two or until you no longer see them. Systemic granules work great against these, but can be pricey and don’t always work well for all types of bugs. Alcohol kills all, but won’t harm your plant.
