That just looks like a new leaf shooting up, not a flower ! Still a sign it’s happy, they grow very slowly so if it’s putting out two shoots, it’s doing very well!
Little tricky to tell, but I’m like 95% sure that’s a very healthy new petiole/ stalk, not a flower
The flowers look like short, chunky green peace lilies, so where you’ve got what looks like several leaf lines, a budding flower would have a completely smooth look
