Was ist das für ein Monster, das meine kostbare Geigenblattfeige zerstört, die ich in den letzten 5 Jahren aus einem kleinen Schössling gezüchtet habe???

Scale insects. Regardless of exactly the type of scale the treatment is the same. You can use horticultural oil, neem oil, or an insecticide.
I spent a long time working plants. You don’t have to learn what every insect and fungus is called. As a homeowner you only have a handful of solutions at Home Depot or Lowe’s anyway. You really just need to know whether it’s an insect, fungus, lighting, or watering issue.

Mealybugs. Kill them by cleaning the whole plant with rubbing alcohol – focus on all crevices. Check all other plants.

Mealy bugs. Rubbing alcohol kills them. They’re an absolute menace and are hard to get rid of.

Oh fun mealys, if it’s a large plant don’t bother with alcohol and go straight to systemics if it’s allowed where you are, it’s an indoor plant and your not going to be killing anything wildlife wise due to it being inside.
Slap her in the shower, douse her with provonto 2x a week for 2 weeks and you should be good to go, check any plants that were in direct contact or nearby, and the males can fly by the way so just keep an eye on other plants for a while

Unfortunately, when my plant got mealybugs, I thought I eradicated them only to find one MONTHS later. I had to throw the whole plant away. Godspeed.
