Hallo zusammen.
Fühle mich also etwas verloren.
Vielen Dank für jeden Rat.

My general technique for all weeding is: jab a garden hand fork into a clump; grab a handful of the grass/weed with the other hand and then wiggle the clump as you pull upwards while levering it with the fork. Bash any loose soil off and continue until grass is gone!
You can get some grass specific weed killers but they’re crazy expensive and no doubt trash the ecosystem in some way.
As it’s not a huge area I’d suggest a fork and brute force.
Just dig in a fork and turn it over
I’m just turning lawn into a bed. Use a garden fork to lift the soil and loosen it. Grab the grass and shake it to remove some of the soil. Look out for any white fleshy roots and get rid of those. Rescue any plants you want to keep. For that depth of border I would say 10 mins per meter
I had this problem and solved it by digging down about 6 inches to get all roots out, then replace with fresh soil.
Bloody bane of my life, I have Couch Grass (Elymus repens)that got into my sedum bed. It even grew up through the weed membrane.
The only answer was to fight back the tears, dig the whole bloody bed up while making sure I chased down every single rhizome.
Then I have put a couple more layers of industrial strength weed membrane down and covered the lot with 25mm Scottish River Pebbles.
If I have missed one bloody rhizome then next summer I will see it again. When and only when I know I have bettered it I will spend the hundreds of pounds again on Sedum Mat at £31 a sq mtr
I thought about Gallup Biograde 360 but I am loathe to use any chemicals as it upsets the balance of what I am trying to achieve.
But trust me OP there isn’t a magic wand approach coz if there was I would have used it.
And yes I put it all into a hippo bag and paid for it to be professionally removed or I would be moving the problem
