This plant is screaming for more light and has been for a long time. The leaves should be way more compact. Nepenthes like very bright light and love just shy of full sun after acclimating. It would appreciate being right in your sunniest window and still want a grow light.

Nepenthes are either male or female. Yours is a female and unless you pollinated the flower with pollen from a male it won’t produce viable seeds.
That being said, your plant is a ventrata and it’s a known infertile female, so no viable seeds anyway.
