Beautiful! I got my great grandmothers Christmas cactus, passed down to my grandma to my mom given to me … It’s not looking good… I hope it bounces back 😭

Is that two thanksgiving cactuses in the same pot? Never seen one producing two different color flowers.

So beautiful–both the plant and the story behind it! Awesome job keeping it so healthy

It’s awesome, OP! It also makes it extra special seeing as it was your grandparents!

Is it two different types put in one pot?

It looks like it’s got thanksgiving and Christmas in there. Some segments are more crab claw and some are more rounded. Interesting

Do you have any care tips?? Mine hasn’t died but hasn’t grown as much as I’d expect for the 2 years I’ve had here. (She’s propogated into 3 more) Got her at Publix during holiday. A 2-stalk Lil thing that had 1 flower on her first holiday debut Lol

I wish I had a big Christmas cactus. I saw one on Craigslist for sake it said it was 65 years old and huge!

      Thanksgiving cactus and super pretty!

Sorry if you answered this already but how did your grandfather cross pollinate the two to grow into one plant?
