Brauche einen Rat! Ich habe ein paar Stecklinge von einem Freund bekommen und bin mir nicht sicher, wie ich sie bewurzeln soll. Wasser oder Perlit? Wenn Perlit, wie geht das richtig? Muss ich die Flächenwurzeln abschneiden? Außerdem bekomme ich nicht viel natürliches Licht, sollte ich stattdessen eine Wachstumslampe verwenden?

I do a local greenhouse soil, then mix it with a tropical mix, some coconut coir, coconut chunks, and perlite. People will probably say it’s overkill but it drains so well, and it’s good for all houseplants.
Those aerial roots are roots, just stick them into whatever substrate you choose. You could probably go straight to your soil mix, at least for the first one. Then I personally use spagnum moss to root.
Natural light is far brighter than you think compared to a grow light. If your natural light isn’t bright enough I would use a grow light in addition to the natural light. Variegated plants need more light than standard as the white parts don’t photosynthesize.
