Wir sind jetzt außerhalb der Waage, es dampft tatsächlich und ich habe noch nie zuvor das Gefühl gehabt, dass es oben auf dem Haufen warm ist! Das ist gut, da ich meine schimmeligen Zucchini- und Tomatenpflanzen dort offenbar nicht hineinstellen sollte! Aber es ist fast zu heiß, also muss ich es heute noch einmal drehen.

Hi, me again! You can now safely cool chicken on your compost heap. Vacuum pack, throw it in for an hour and then sear and it’ll be juicy as hell
