Turn it into compost tea mix with water and collected leaves , and is very good fertilizer for other plants it’s called comfrey

Make sure they are actually weeds first. These could be foxgloves or maybe even Borage. Both give some pretty flowers that the bees will enjoy.

Glyphosate, couple squirts on the underside of the leaf or at the veery base of each plant it’ll go thenjust pull it up when its dead and wilted to inhibit spread of both the weed killer and the weed itself

Assuming it’s green alkanet (which as mentioned has quite bristly leaves) you’ll need to get the roots out – which can be as big as carrots. Use a fork to loosen the soil and gently ease them out preferably with gloves on.
If it doesn’t have big taproots, it’s likely something more benign like foxgloves or borage.

Thanks for sharing I have this too at the allotment and have been meaning to look up what it was, spreads quickly and stinks when you cut it. Difficult to get out but no choice but to dig down and remove all trace it seems.

Green alkanet which has blue flowers in spring and very deep roots. Digging it out is good if you can get all the root

I just use a sharp hoe to cut them back. They die back if they can’t grow leaves.

Its a thug-albeit a (briefly) pretty thug.As to the comments along the lines of ‘just hoe/cut the leaves off and it will die’ brigade Oh no it wont! You can try digging it out,but its tricky and be prepared to persevere!
