Small fungi. Don’t need to do anything.
When you can’t replant in a larger pot, you can still provide nutrients by watering with added fertilizer.
Mycorrhizal fungi. Harmless, even beneficial. You might cut down on watering or repot in a chunkier soil but if the plant is otherwise healthy I wouldn’t bother
Roots/ areas roots. Your plant is growing Repot into a bigger pot to allow plant growth or some folks just cut them. Be gentle with it.
