Awl snail
Physically remove them? If in pots.
They used to decimate my tomato and potato plant.

My mom sprinkle ashes all over strawberries. And beer traps help also

Not sure if it would be effective as I haven’t tried, but here, slugs are drawn to beer. Maybe try a little dish and see if it draws them away. Not that I want you to kill beneficial bugs, but humans > bugs if you need the food.

Aww they’re so cute! Why are snails cute but slugs are gross?
Anyway, we use beer traps and diatomaceous earth (DE only works in dry conditions, though) for slugs, so should work for snails.

Google search says **Spike Awlsnails (Allopeas clavulinum)**. Others have mentioned traps or barriers; I’d just add diatomaceous earth is a good natural remedy for crawling creatures.

You can sprinkle diatomaceous earth on them regularly. It will wash off after rain so you’d have to reapply after a storm.
